To develop a user-friendly interface that allows easy selections of the Caller ID. The UI the Caller ID Restriction feature should be intuitive, accessible within the settings menu for permanent adjustments, and via a quick-access mechanism or code for per-call decisions.

Try to understand what Emergency call routing and how does Call Queue works
Emergency call routing
When the University has multiple sites, the university can assign one call queue per site. A person on campus should be routed to the closest corresponding Emergency Call Queue.
Administrator should be able to assign a Emergency Call Queue and assign extension to it. So then the extension user can log into the app and receive 911 calls
When a member of Emergency Call Queue receives an incoming emergency call from the desktop app, he/she should be able to see the location of the call
