At RingCentral, I spent 8 years transforming a small design function into a high-performing global team by partnering with executives, mentoring designers, and keeping our work centered on users and business goals. I stay hands-on with design while aligning strategy across product, research, content, and engineering—ensuring every idea is thoughtful, feasible, and impactful.
