Push to Talk
Looking at the competitors, the RingCentral app is missing an important feature, Push to Talk (PTT).
Push to Talk (PTT) is a communication feature commonly used in voice communication systems, such as walkie-talkies or certain VoIP applications. With PTT enabled, users must press and hold a designated button or key while speaking, and release it when they finish, akin to using a physical walkie-talkie's push-to-talk button. This functionality helps manage conversation flow and reduces background noise by only activating the microphone when necessary, rather than leaving it open continuously.

The admin or moderator has the ability to create communication channels within the application or platform.
Leverage the Video function on the RingCentral app and take one step further to enhance to feature.
